该类机床设计为30º倾斜式整体床身，配有日本产数控系统或国内知名品牌数控系统，电气元件采用德国施耐德产品，配有台湾产线型导轨和滚珠丝杠，液压元件、卡盘、刀塔均采用台湾产产品。

Machine body of this product is 30 degree tilt, numerical control system is made in Japan or domestic well-known brands as optional, electrical appliance is made by Germany Schneider, linear guide rail, ballscrew, hydraulic parts, chuck, lathe turret etc. is made in Taiwan. The main shaft unit is high precision mechanical shaft system.
This machine tool is suitable for processing parts like shafts, plates, kits, connectors, roundness ≤1.5μm, surface roughness reaches Ra0.4μm, dimensional accuracy IT6, X/Z direction locating accuracy 0.008mm/0.008mm, repeated locating accuracy 0.002mm±0.002mm. So, in many ways, this lathe machine can process the products as good as a grinding machine.
