Inspection surface plate is used as the main datum for measurement of the machinery parts’ geometric tolerance,such as flatness, parallelism, straightness and more. It is also can be used for precision inspection, marking out (layout), and tooling setup. The Inspection surface plate is often used as the reference plane and baseline for all measurements to the workpiece and often used with straight Edge, Square Blocks, V Blocks, Angle Plates, Parallel. etc.
检验平板材质:高强度铸铁HT200-300。校验平板经过人工热时效处理后,完全去除内应力,精度稳定,耐磨性能好。
工作面硬度:HB170-240。
Material:
High-strength cast iron Ht200-300. After artificial heat aging treatment, the internal stress was totally eliminated, so the surface plate have stable accuracy and good wear-resisting performance.
2、检验平板毛坯回火,达到消除铸造内应力的目的。
3、检验平板上机床、按图纸要求加工、送检验科检验;
4、检验平板粗加工后回火,达到消除加工内应力的目的。
5、检验平板工件调平、人工刮研、检验科检验;
6、检验平板的外观处理、喷漆、包装、入库
Producing Procedure of Inspection Surface Plate:
1. Rough casting:
Make drawings according to the technical requirements-Making mold as per the drawings-Prepare material-Modelling-Filling sand-Drying-Casting-Surface cleaning -Casting parts testing.
First time Heat treating to eliminate the internal stress
3. Rough machining:
Machining as per the drawing- Casting Parts’ inspection and test.
4. Second time Heat treating and aging treatment, to eliminate the internal stress
5. Precision finishing:
Leveling -Scraping- Final inspection and testing.
6 .Final finish:
Painting- Packing-deliver to warehouse.
The accuracy of the Cast Iron Surface Plate refers to the deviation from flatness of the working surface and it shall be classified as Grade 0,1,2,3.
